how you doin2How's everybody doing? Good I hope. Today marks the beginning of the summer semester and with that the return to my all to familiar habit of studying.

Besides this I did attend the wedding of my soon-to-be-sister-in-law this past Saturday. And besides the two google searches, several bad attempts, and two mothers it took to figure out where to put the boutonniere on my suit it went off without any hiccups. The food was delicious, the venue was beautiful, and nobody crashed it. The groom and bride were both looking their best and we celebrated the event into the evening hours with our beverages of choice and some dancing. Although I must admit I didn't do much dancing myself, which given my track record at other weddings is a bit unusual for me. Don't ask me why though I just didn't feel like it.

Anyway that's all I got to share today except for the following list of short, but incredibly awesome posts. Have at it!

This is an epic blog post that if I am guessing took the author quite a bit of time to research and compile. It discusses the strength of one of the greats in the world of bodybuilding. It goes to show that it is rare that muscle is built without becoming significantly strong and moving large loads.

2. Small Nutrition Changes For Big Results by Nia Shanks

I really feel for this piece as it is something I preach in my own nutritional coaching practice. Small changes add up to big changes, but sometimes that initial small change can be enough to get the results snowball rolling downhill surprisingly quickly.

3. Holistic Farming: A Wholesome Choice by Andrew Zomberg

I am a sucker for anything that has something to do with locally grown food, sustainable agriculture, and/or better food production techniques so this piece falls right in my wheel house. It may just motivate you to step up the quality of your food choices a bit.
