Don't want to take up to much of your time as I hope you are spending it with friends and family.

However I do want to brag a bit about some of the presents I received. It was basically a christmas of the ultimate gifts for the fitness enthusiast. In my stocking alone I got two quest protein bars, a monster milk, high quality socks, and a big ole bag of beef jerky. But some of the bigger highlights were bluetooth headphones, a bluetooth portable speaker, lots of kindle gift cards, Madden 2015, and lots of Academy Sports & Outdoors gift cards. Needless to say I will be one pumped up, well read, stylish trainer who spends his time of playing Xbox One for the next year.

Going to get my read on.

Honestly though the part of Christmas I have enjoyed most has been getting the chance to spend a lot of time with all of our family doing really nothing in particular other than having good conversations and eating good food.

To put the cherry on top of all this me, my soon be father-in-law, and my soon to be brother-in-law got the chance to squeeze in a training session at the local Gold's Gym. I paid for my massive consumption of tiger bark in squats today haha. It was kind of fun getting to workout in a large commercial gym. It isn't something I get to do often because of running my own facility that is anything but commercial gymish. I always get so caught up in my little world inside my small gym that I forget that there is a large group of people who are trying to get in shape, but are inevitably just spinning their wheels on cardio machines and buying really low quality training and getting no where.

Side Note: I forgot show this off! My newest coffee maker.

Also it seems like anyone I have ever met who worked at a commercial gym looks at their job as a holding place for something better, it isn't their career. Which to me is a really scary thing for the millions of people who are visiting these places hoping that in someway it may change their life and health for the better.

Okay moving on from that inspiring observation I though since I was able to get in a training session today I should share with everyone else a way to get theirs in too even if you might be unable to get access to your gym of choice.

Let's call this the Post-Christmas Workout of Awesomeness!!!
