I think training on one leg is important.

I also think training on two leg is important, but plenty of people include that in their training regularly.

Everybody though avoids single leg work.

Not that I blame them.

It's hard and can be pretty frustrating.

One single leg exercise that I think most people should learn to perform is the Single Leg Romanian Deadlift. However it is also one of the more difficult exercises to learn and then execute properly.

But it doesn't have to be that way.
